What an Aluminium Copy Router Does
A copy router cuts the slots and pockets a window frame needs after it has been cut to length. A stylus follows a template, and the router motor cuts the same shape in the profile. Because the template does the guiding, the result does not depend on how experienced the operator is.

Only for the pneumatic model, which runs its clamps on compressed air at 6-8 bar. The manual model uses a screw clamp and needs only a single-phase 230V supply for the router motor.
Does it work on both aluminium and uPVC?
Yes. Both models route aluminium and uPVC profiles up to 3 mm thick, and an optional pneumatic spray system cools the cutter for a cleaner finish.
